- Update on the COVID19 Guidelines: https://hse.cern/covid-19-information
Frequently Asked Questions: COVID FAQ page.
New this week:
- CERN measures require that everyone who is able to telework should not come on-site.
- As of 31 January, travel between France and a country outside the European area is prohibited, unless there is a compelling reason. Any cross-border travel is strongly discouraged from or to France within the European area. Information is available in the link here.
Frontier workers are exempted, but if you need to cross the French-Swiss border for professional reasons, you must carry documents supporting this exemption: for example, your special residence permit issued by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, your Swiss Carte de légitimation, or an attestation of employment along with a utility bill or other official proof of residence. You must also carry a valid passport or ID card. Remember that if you live in France and need to be at work or traveling between home and work during curfew hours, you must also carry an attestation, which you can find here: https://cesaam.web.cern.ch/attestation.
For any information and support regarding the quarantine period contact ALICE-covid19-coordination@cern.ch
- ALICE secretariat opening next week: Wednesday 10 February, from 8h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30.
Nathalie, Guylaine & Julia remain available by phone and e-mail.
