Surface commissioning, commissioning at P2 and lab. and remote commissioning are progressing well for all central and subsystems.
The main highlights of this week:
- ITS: Outer Barrel top and bottom installation ongoing.
- MFT: Service installation and commissioning activities ongoing. X-ray data taking with full FLPs was successful.
- TPC: X-ray data taking campaign completed successfully. Data from high frequency current meter recorded. Pulsar system is under commissioning.
- MCH: Station 3 & 5 commissioning ongoing. Last two quadrants for station 1 will be brought to CERN this Wednesday.
- Milestone Week 3: ongoing : https://indico.cern.ch/event/1017934/. A lot of progress is being made in the O2 and subsystem readout integration.
- TPC & TOF: Clear track associations between TPC & TOF from combined cosmic runs are seen.
