Electronic Engineer

Qatar Environment & Energy Research Institute (QEERI), at Qatar Foundation (QF), is seeking an electronics engineer to help with various instrumentations activities in the field of renewable energy. The candidate should have the following profile:

Electronic Engineer title (MS or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience

Experience in PCB design: prototyping, testing and debugging.

Good knowledge in analog and digital electronics.

Experience using ORCAD and  ALLEGRO or other tools for PCB design (schematic/Layout).

Experience in Firmware development for FPGAs and microcontrollers(VHDL, C/C++)

Experience in LabVIEW.

English: High Level

The salary depends on the applicant’s qualifications.  In addition QF offers one bedroom apartment fully furnished with paid utilities and a car fully covered (maintenance and insurance) except for the cost of the fuel. The offer is valid for 1 year and it could be possible to extend it for longer period. This contract is optimum for a single person because it does not include family coverage.
