The experimental heavy ion group at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Research Associate to conduct research in the group of Professors Jamie Nagle and Dennis Perepelitsa.   The group is involved in the heavy ion physics program on the ATLAS experiment and the sPHENIX experiment. The candidate is expected to carry out physics analysis and have a leadership role on the ATLAS heavy ion program.  In addition, the candidate will have a strong role in the detector development, simulation effort, and physics readiness within sPHENIX.     The candidate will be based in Boulder, Colorado with travel to CERN and BNL as appropriate.   Email jamie.nagle@colorado.edu for more information.
