https://nawa.gov.pl/en/scientists/program-im-ulama/call-for-proposals

The aim of the Ulam Programme is to increase the internationalisation of Polish scientific institutions. The Programme allows both recognised and promising scientists with at least the doctoral degree, to visit Poland in order to strengthen the scientific potential of Polish entities and to participate in their scientific activities.

The Programme provides financing for a Scholarship of 6 to 24 months that covers the living (10,000 PLN + compensation if the applicant’s spouse and/or underage children participate in the visit) and mobility allowances (7,000 PLN if coming from Europe or 12,000 PLN if coming from outside Europe) for a foreign scientist during their scientific visit in Poland.

An application under the Programme shall be submitted by an individual scientist who holds a doctoral degree awarded in a country other than Poland, does not hold a Polish citizenship and has not lived, worked or studied in Poland since at least 2017.

The call is open until 15 April 2020 3:00 PM Polish time.
