The Nuclear Physics group at Daresbury has a vacancy for a physicist to work with the UK NP community to deliver world-leading science and instrumentation.  
You will be leading and developing programmes of research in nuclear physics that align with the STFC roadmap for the subject. You will be leading an internationally competitive research programme in the field of nuclear physics. Interacting regularly with members of the UK nuclear physics community and their overseas collaborators, in order to stay at the forefront of the field.
 
We are looking for an experienced physicist with an established track record of research with leadership in the science and associated experimental projects and grant income. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to work with a range of colleagues and stakeholders both in UK and overseas including: Nuclear Physicists, Engineers and support staff.
