The ALICE Collaboration Board has the complete plenary power to consider all issues, policies, decisions and recommendations that are relevant to the construction, maintenance, operation and upgrading of the ALICE Experiment, as well as any issues related to the analysis and publication of any information or data taken during the course of the ALICE Experiment.
