- Use of Proximeter at CERN: Proximeter FAQ has been published here. Distribution of the Proximeter is ongoing at eight locations at CERN according to the timetable here. You can book a slot to collect your Proximeter using the link here.
- Update on the COVID19 Guidelines: All users are encouraged to consult regularly the following information channel: https://hse.cern/covid-19-information
Frequently Asked Questions are listed in the COVID FAQ page. Quarantine for persons arriving in Switzerland is updated in the link here.
New this week:
- The current CERN teleworking framework has been extended until the end of February.
- Curfew in France runs from 6.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. across the country.
- New border control measures in France: As of Monday 18 January, France has reinforced its border control measures, introducing a mandatory negative test and seven-day quarantine for countries outside the EU or the Schengen Area, along with a negative test at the end of the quarantine period. For details, consult the link here.
- The lists of countries considered as high risk by France and Switzerland are continuously evolving, and travellers are encouraged to consult the relevant sites before traveling: link here.
For any information and support regarding the quarantine period contact ALICE-covid19-coordination@cern.ch
