We are glad to announce that there are 12 new openings for PhD positions as part of the MSCA Innovative Training Network SMARTHEP, including 1 in ALICE at Lund University (Sweden).

This network is oriented around developing real-time analysis at the LHC, and connects universities with partners in industry across Europe.

Each PhD position provides the opportunity to work on one of the LHC experiments (ALICE, ATLAS, CMS, or LHCb), as well as a secondment at an industrial partner.

In particular, the project ESR10 is a PhD position at Lund on the ALICE experiment.

 

Please note that applicants interested in ESR10 should submit their application materials via Lund University’s recruitment system Varbi:

Applicants are also encouraged, if possible, to upload their application to the SMARTHEP system, where they can express a preference for up to three ESR projects.  (The deadline to be considered for the other projects is February 28.)
