Abstract

The ALICE (A Large Ion Collider Experiment) Upgrade will require a very different triggering strategy in comparison to the current and hence a new Central Trigger System (CTS) is needed, The objective of the thesis has been to design and testing the new Central Trigger System (CTS) of ALICE for LHC Run3.
