The Relativistic Nuclear Collisions Program (RNC) of the Nuclear Science Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) is seeking outstanding candidates for a postdoctoral position in experimental Relativistic Heavy Ion Physics, with the ALICE experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. RNC scientists play leading roles in both ALICE and in the STAR experiment at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider. RNC is currently developing future upgrade projects for both experiments.

The European School in Instrumentation for Particle and Astroparticle Physics (ESIPAP) is opening.
The organization of  ESIPAP is very similar to that of JUAS, the Joint University Accelerator School.
 Like JUAS, it will be based at ESI in Archamps (France) next to Geneva.
 
 Although ESIPAP was founded by the laboratory of excellence ENIGMASS, it will recruit worldwide
