ALICE Upgrade Week was held in Prague from 19 to 23 September 2022, hosted by the Czech Technical University, Nuclear Physics Institute, and Physics Institute of Czech Academy of Sciences. At the upgrade week, we will review and discuss the progress of the ongoing R&D and for the upgrades for Run 4, ITS3 and FoCal, and the R&D plans for the future ALICE 3 experiment.
