The Sub-department of Particle Physics is seeking an exceptional engineer or applied physicist to take a leading role in the production and development of silicon detectors for particle physics, and their associated support systems.

The permanent full-time post is supported by the Department of Physics and is based in Oxford. Extensive travel will be necessary.
