We have opening of Research Assistant/Associate positions at UCAS:
There is an opening of a two-years post-doctoral position at LPC Clermont University/IN2P3/CNRS (France). The successful applicant will be appointed in the LHCb experiment group as main activity, with a fraction of the time devoted to physics and detector prospective studies for the FCC Feasibility Study.
At Nikhef, there is an open position for an enthusiastic Analog IC design engineer (m/f/x). You will participate in international academic collaborations in design and R&D of IC’s for the next generation of Sub-atomic particle physics experiments, targeting CERN HL-LHC.
The experimental heavy ion group at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a Post-doctoral Research Associate to conduct research under the direction of Professors Jamie Nagle and Dennis Perepelitsa. The group is involved in the sPHENIX, ATLAS, and ePIC experimental efforts.
The post-doctoral researcher will be involved in leading experimental efforts within the research group, which may include detector commissioning and data collection, physics data analysis, and detector R&D.
The Department of Physics and Astronomy in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the University of Bonn invites applications for a Professorship (W2) for Experimental Physics Hadron Physics at the Helmholtz-Institut für Strahlen- und Kernphysik.
he University of Alabama’s MoEDAL group is looking for an active, self-motivated researcher with a background in experimental particle physics. The group is playing a leading role in the searches for magnetic monopoles in Pb-Pb collisions at the LHC and participates in searches for other exotics in p-p collisions. The group is also involved in the installation and commissioning of the MoEDAL’s Apparatus for Penetrating Particles (MAPP) that will search for long-lived and milli-charged particles during the LHC Run-3.
