The Glasgow LHCb group is seeking applicants to make a leading contribution to LHCb data analysis. We currently have strong activities in CP violation and mixing studies in beauty and charm decays, measurements with semi-leptonic beauty hadron decays including lepton universality tests and heavy flavour spectroscopy. Your work is expected to further our involvement in semi-leptonic beauty hadron decays, though a secondary interest in other areas will be considered, especially if you have a strong existing involvement. The successful candidate will contribute to one of the detector or software projects and responsibilities of the group. These include the design/R&D for Mighty Tracker and Upgrade 2 VELO, Real Time Analysis (RTA) and VELO calibration studies, and simulation.
