NEWS FROM POINT 2
- Open shift block:
- There are currently 5 non-expert (5 full) blocks and 6 expert (1 full/5 partial) blocks.

- LHC and ALICE:
- During the last week, LHC eventually completed the intensity ramp-up and went back to pp physics production with full machine, that smoothly proceeded since Sunday.
- ALICE performed another high-rate test during the 1200 bunch step of the intensity ramp-up and resumed then pp data taking with inverted magnet polarities (now negative-negative), recording physics data at 500 kHz. On Wednesday morning an access took place, during which ALICE granted interventions in the cavern to BI, CTP and ITS.
- During the last week, LHC eventually completed the intensity ramp-up and went back to pp physics production with full machine, that smoothly proceeded since Sunday.
