The STS department of the Laboratory High Energy Physics at JINR is seeking for two middle/senior professionals with strong interest in developing large aperture silicon tracking systems for high-energy particle physics research.
 
The successful candidates will be part of a team the transfer of CERN/GSI-developed technologies for building silicon trackers for the NICA project.

2+1-year postdoctoral position

The CMS group of the Laboratoire Leprince-Ringuet (LLR) at the École polytechnique (Palaiseau, France), is inviting applications for a 2+1-year postdoctoral position scheduled to start as early as possible in 2020. The first applications will be reviewed around mid-March, and until the position is filled. 
 
LLR is based in the Paris area, at the École polytechnique.
