New this week:
- Site access at CERN: The number of infections in the local area is on the rise. Only those whose work requires on-site presence should come on site in order to limit the number of people at CERN and the potential spread of the virus. This also applies to those who have been vaccinated. Vaccination protects the vaccinated individual from severe forms of the disease, but does not guarantee that they are not able to spread the virus. Remember, those who can telework must do so.
CERN is monitoring the evolving situation closely with a view to adapting the access restrictions in place as necessary. For now, CERN's measures remain unchanged.
- Stay well during Covid-19 while managing the demands of work, telework, family and personal life is key. CERN has a range of support structures for those who need them: details in the link here.
- New measures in France announced on 25 March: details in the website here.
- Measures in Switzerland: details in the website here.
For any information and support regarding the quarantine period contact ALICE-covid19-coordination@cern.ch
- ALICE secretariat opening next week: Wednesday 31 March from 8h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30.
Nathalie, Guylaine & Julia remain available by phone and e-mail.
